Public policies

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the products to Pine Branch within 3 days from the date of receipt of the order.


Please note that all purchases that you are entitled to return must be new, with the original sticker attached and in their original box and packaging using the original invoice.


Exchange Policy:


1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by the store within three days from the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to replace the product after the three days have passed.


2- To replace the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety. In the case of a local or international replacement, the consumer bears all shipping costs and delivery of the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.


The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:


1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he specified, with the exception of products that have a defect or that do not comply with the specifications specified by the consumer.


2- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer’s poor possession.


Return Policy:


1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided to him by the store within three days from the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to that product after the three days have passed.


2- In order to return the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.


3- The consumer bears the costs incurred in the return process. In the case of a local or international return, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.


4- If you wish to return the product within 3 days of receiving the product, the purchases can be returned and the consumer bears the operating costs, which are 15% deducted from the invoice value.


5- The amount will be returned to the consumer's credit card after we check the products and it will take 7-15 working days.


6- Orders that have not been received by the customer by the shipping company will be treated as a return.


The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:


1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he specified, with the exception of products that have a defect or that do not comply with the specifications specified by the consumer.


2- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer’s poor possession.


3- Orders paid in installments (Tamara, Tabby, etc.) are not refundable.


4- Car comments and air fresheners are not returnable.


5- Soap products are not returnable.


6- The customer is not entitled to return during sales and seasons such as holidays, National Day, etc.
